Waste of Money: my feedback

The StarTech Com 2.5in Removable Drive Expansion was a complete letdown. According to my experience, installing this drive was a hassle, with no clear instructions provided. Once installed, it failed to increase the storage capacity and was extremely slow in transferring data. The only pro about this product is the design. However, its cons overshadow it with its lack of functionality and reliability. I regret purchasing this and would not recommend it to anyone.
