Entertains baby!

When they are small, they can use their legs well, and when the child is big and can grasp it, it will be a fun toy. The downside is the mirror isn't as clear as I'd like so I could see the baby's face in the rear-facing seat (although it's not advertised) and the horn sounded like a real horn at times and me made jumping in a quiet car. Not enough to bring down a star.
