I have mixed feelings about these shoes. I think they look good and appear to be well made. They're also fairly comfortable, with two caveats. At first the buckles were difficult to close but I think it will get easier over time. My biggest issue with these shoes is that they are quite snug/constrictive for me. My feet are not very wide but are a bit wider than average which made the straps a bit tight (hope the shoes will stretch with use). The width of the shoe also caused my pinky toe to dangle a bit to the side. Personal note: I'm generally a female 8.5 so I decided to order a 9.
