Review on Transcend TS2TSJ25M3S Information StoreJet External by Heidi Davis

Purchased "Transcend 1TB StoreJet M3 Military Drop Tested USB 3.0 External Hard Drive" special and solely to store all games and apps on my Xbox One. I've had it since November 2015 and it works perfectly. I've noticed it has been glitching for the last few months and randomly rebooting from time to time, but now it's completely dead I'll be troubleshooting to make sure the cable is defective as that's the only option available . However, this hard drive may not be designed to be accessed as frequently as the Xbox. I store games and streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc. I don't know what the normal lifespan is but I'm a bit disappointed if it's already toast Update: customer service is great My product is no longer under warranty , but they went out of their way to help me fix the problem, including sending me a cable, which saves me the headache of finding both separately since my model is older and non-standard. Update: replaced a new cable and it turned back on. Data is not lost, everything works. I am very satisfied with the product and the service. I recommend.
