Disappointment is an understatement for this straightener. According to my experience, it barely straightened my hair and left me with frizzy, damaged locks. The hot plates don't glide smoothly through my hair and it takes forever to heat up. The worst part is that it left my hair smelling burnt. Save your money and buy a better quality straightener.
