Missing instructions but was able to find online. Tilt Trim wire gauge is also too small to carry the current required for my older 70's Johnson. I was an electrician in a previous career and knew after seeing it. I connected anyway, giving the benefit of the doubt to the manufacturer. The wires heated to the point where I could not hold them and the tilt/trim motor would barely operate. I've kept the unit as I may rewire internally but for now I use the previous tilt/trim switch. The remainder of the unit performs as I would expect. A number of plastic parts I would prefer were metal but you get what you pay for.
