taste is nothing. They are very sticky when you peel them off. Terrible. Eke! My teeth look a day brighter. No color change. I'm in my 60's and have excellent hygiene. i smoke I drink a cup of coffee every day. This is not a problem. I've used Crest White strips in the past and bam so well. These suck. I'm not happy at all. Buy another coat of arms. It's not what they say. Maybe for very young people? See my photos. No change in 5 days. Nothing! I bought them because of the hype on social media. Booooo!
