I bought this hob to replace a very old American hob that had problems with the ignition switch. It seems to work fine, but I'd rather set the burners lower than they can be adjusted. The description of the origin of this product is somewhat misleading. The burner components are made in Italy, but the majority of the block is made in China, which is reflected in the (difficult to understand) "Chinglish" instructions. For a typical domestic (US) natural gas installation, be aware that the regulator inlet on this unit is 1/2 in. NPT. Most people's kitchens have a gas line that uses a 1/2-inch flare compression fitting. But this device provides 3/8" flare and 3/4" flare as the only mounting options. That means you need to buy a 1/2" male NPT and a 1/2" male flare compression fitting (retail price is only $3). You will also need to purchase pipe grease or teflon pipe threads to install this adapter and install the included regulator on the unit.
