We only use this pillow at home and on the go, with a matching changing table. So it's used a lot and it's important that it works well for everyone. Excellent build quality and features. Holds enough stuff that without the basics we're rarely caught off guard. I would like the designer to add a pillow at the end of the "leg". Some people who also use this pad to change my daughter's diaper prefer to have a spare roll on our baby's feet rather than his head. They feel they have easier access to what they need and now that she is 14 months old they feel she is more comfortable on the mat. I prefer it the way the designer intended and I don't like having her head where she is, but it's usually a matter of principle, but it would still be nice to have the choice of giving our child a pillow admit.
