Review on πŸ”§ Motive Products 0107 Power Pressure Brake Bleeder: The Ultimate Solution for Brake Maintenance on Ford and Asian Cars and Trucks by Steven Brouillard

The best way to bleed your brakes.

It is very simple and easy to bleed the brakes by hand. I have bled the brakes with bleeders, vacuum pumps and the old fashioned two man method, this bleed is by far my favorite method now. I bought this kit #0107 to use on my Ford Expedition 08, the adapter is initially stuck, I thought it was the wrong adapter at first, but all it takes is a bit of fiddling to fit and once install on the tank 45 degree tightening locks it in place. I marked my adapter with a silver pen marker so I can turn it on and off at 45 degrees. It requires some torque to loosen the adapter and I can't find a good grip with my hands so I found the channel locks worked great. The mark I put on the adapter helped me know the position of the cap so I didn't screw it too far in one direction. Don't bother buying a container to catch brake fluid, make your own using a water bottle and a length of 5/16 hose from a hardware store. Drill two holes in the bottle cap, one for a hose and a smaller one for venting, and you have a cheap bottle trap that will serve you for many years.
