According to my experience, these reading glasses were far too oversized and uncomfortable to wear for any extended period of time. While they did help with blocking out blue light from screens, the cons greatly outweighed the one small pro. The plastic material felt cheap and flimsy, and the lenses were prone to easily scratching. Overall, I would not recommend these glasses for anyone looking for a comfortable and durable option for everyday use.
