I used to have 2 different fitness trackers. One was super skinny. The other was big and chunky, like a man's watch. The first was very difficult to use. The screen was too small to see anything unless I put my hand to my face. I switched to a larger face and was able to make much better use of the screen surface, but it was bulky, clunky and in the way. I like its size. It's perfect for a woman like me but fits very feminine so it's really unisex. It has a ton of features, including heart rate. It has several different training modes. But one of the great features is the app. You can access all your information in the app. So instead of scrolling through menus on a fitness tracker, just open the app on your phone and you'll get a detailed history of all your health and fitness data. This is great if you're working out or just want to keep a journal of your health.
