Review on Referral Factory by Matthew Thorndike

I like how simple it was for me to set up my first campaign! It's very clear, straightforward instructions with screenshots are helpful too - so no getting lost along the way or needing help figuring out what I'm doing wrong :) The customer service team from referrals factory have been great throughout this process of implementation and training our Account Manager who will be managing all aspects going forward (including ongoing support). We've just started using ReferalFactory but already we're seeing some really good results which makes us confident about continuing down this path into 2019/20. So far everything seems pretty seamless when setting up campaigns / tracking performance etc. There aren't many options available within each category yet (eg social media networks), however there does seem to be enough choices overall such that they could easily add new ones if required. For example, currently only Facebook.
