Review on Listen360 by Leslie Matlak

I love how easy it was set up as well with all of our vendors in one dashboard! The ability not only see but listen live has been very helpful when we are unable or have limited resources available during an outage from some vendor (iRack). It's also nice having everything right there at your fingertips instead looking through multiple dashboards across different platforms like Slack & Teams - which sometimes can be difficult since they aren't always synced together perfectly yet either so you may find yourself searching twice trying figure out where something went wrong if its missing between those two tools/apps..? Not much dislike about this product other than perhaps adding more chat features would make listening even easier though maybe then people will want MORE chats haha!! Overall great experience setting things up initially took us less time because most questions were answered quickly by support team after submitting initial ticket upon getting.
