spot welding good for me
I bartend at a high volume hotel bar and keep at set around at home. I didn't want to pay the ridiculous shipping rates for the cocktail kingdom sets so I went with barfly's.However upon arrival I immediately noticed that the dimples around the weighted bottoms implied that the bottoms are spot welded. I personally do not compromise on quality when it comes to essential barware like my wine keys and shakers so I immediately returned it. It will work and last for household use but I didn't want the risk of the bottoms falling off within a few years. BIFL!
