Very cute shock collar. When I said "shock" I meant a few beeps and a slight vibration rather than a shock. When I first put it on him (a 3 year old Chiviny) I set it to 3 out of five and he seemed to hesitate or muffle his bark. However, after a few days he didn't respond, so I upped it to a 4 and then a 5. It didn't affect his barking much. I was so disappointed. I liked that it's rechargeable, meaning no batteries are required. It's quite light, making it easy to carry. I would definitely leave it if it really works for him. Maybe a smaller dog or a different breed. This device just needs more power to refocus my pup's attention.
