I want to preface this by saying that the end product is really nice and it does exactly what I needed it to do. There weren't any surprises, which I appreciate. It's relatively sturdy and the material feels like decent quality. I had no issues with missing parts either.Now for the downsides. The first downside that I ran into was that at certain parts of the assembly, I was having an impossible time aligning pieces and screwing them together. This obviously could be easily remedied by, you know, having another person help you build it (which is actually specified in the instructions). The second downside is that, for some reason, the doors are crooked and knock into each other when they are opened and closed, but that easily could've been human error when it came down to assembly.Finally, this isn't necessarily a downside but more like advice. If your bathroom is small and there's not much wiggle room, you might have an insanely hard time assembling it in that space. My bathroom is not quite 4 feet wide at the narrowest point due to the sink cabinet being in the way. You might want to consider building as much of the cabinet as you can in a larger area before you need to install the stabilizing board on the bottom, which would require you to assemble it around your toilet.TL;DR - Good product and results for the price. Utilize the Buddy System and build this with another person in a place with enough room.
