The ease of use, especially when it comes to creating custom models with no coding required! We are able to quickly create complex simulations that would otherwise be very difficult or impossible (ease of model creation).

It's also great how easy you can get started - there aren't too many options/features out of box which makes setup quick & painless. I wish we could have more control over some aspects like event handling etc but this isn’t really something i find as being problematic at present so all good :) Would love if they had better support from their customer service team though :( Great tool for prototyping new solutions before investing time into building them properly ourselves.
