Originally this was going to be our outdoor rug for our back yard to help combat our dogs running in with sap and all kinds of tree debris all over their paws. It definitely helped tone it down a decent amount and was pretty easy to clean off anything that had accrued over a few days.We had to the idea to bring it inside when our troublemaking beagle started peeing on it outside. Most of her life she was an outdoor dog so she struggles holding her bladder overnight so instead of peeing in a random spot on the floor, she now pees on this rug, which is GREAT because of how easy it is to clean this rug. We just throw it in the washer with towels or other rugs/blankets with normal settings and with just one cycle it looks back to brand new every time.Love this product in every way - Decorative, serves its purpose well, and is much easier to clean than your typical outdoor rug.
