Review on Adjustable Stainless Release Straps by EACHE by Joshua Talbot

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Wrong quick release strap

Traditional watch straps are difficult to attach due to pins. A decent quick-release group is easy. Pull the tiny handle and the pen will be retracted and the pen will not fly through space. This strap uses a regular needle with an attached handle. That makes things easier, but since the stylus isn't held securely by the tape like a properly made quick-release tether, the stylus can still easily fly through space. Or just fall out while trying to install the strap. This strap is advertised as "compatible" with various smartwatches, but due to the one-piece design, it's actually quite cumbersome to use with any smartwatch. The strap must be under the charger and the watch and strap combination must not lie flat. Most smartwatch chargers are magnetic so the charger hangs from the bottom of the watch, but that's still not what you'd expect from a smartwatch.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Factor Set
