The film stayed on the fingers.

I bought this for a summer trip because I thought it looked really cool. I thought it would be a big hit with my 5 year old but she played with it a bit and it was done. They have film on them and she didn't like the way her fingers felt after using it. I will say that you get a good amount of sticks for the price and it's nice to have a case to carry them around!
