I like best that it is very easy for me to use so if there are some problems we can solve them quickly without much hassle or confusion. There isn't anything in particular but all of its features are great! Sometimes when you open up different tabs they don’t close properly after opening again which makes working slower than normal. As far as cost goes this was one of our main concerns at first because we weren’t sure how beneficial using an online tool would be compared to other options out there. We realized pretty fast though once we used it that it really helped us cut down on time spent doing administrative tasks such as data entry into spreadsheets/word documents etc. The best feature is the ability to have a customized view of the cases. It is easy to navigate and the reporting is very easy to use. I like the ability to have a customized view of the cases. I do not like that it is a little difficult to navigate. I am currently using CasePro to help with the management of our cases. I am able to easily keep track of our cases and communicate with our clients.
