Recently, my internet purchasing experience with Paisen was disappointing. Despite the fact that their range of musical instruments is remarkable, I didn't enjoy my shopping there. Finding the instrument I was seeking for took considerably longer than I had anticipated because the website was difficult to browse. The checkout procedure was also cumbersome, and it took me several tries to finish my order. The instrument I received was harmed in transportation, which made issues worse. I contacted customer service, but was only met with inadequate comments and a lack of interest in my problem. Overall, it was a stressful and depressing experience. Paisen may have a reputation for providing outstanding customer service, but based on my interactions with their online store, I don't think this is usually the case. Anyone thinking about buying from Paisen should move cautiously and be ready for a worse than perfect shopping experience.
