The fabric is very soft and light. They feel and fit great. I bought a Medium and I'm 5'2", 110 lb. I washed them once so far with cold water, delicate cycle, and dried on low although they say 'hang to dry'.Update: After trying to sleep in these twice, I've found that these are way too hot to sleep in. Very disappointing. I don't think the material is quite right or perhaps not a pure bamboo. I have another brand of 'bamboo' pajamas and they don't make me hot like these do at all. Those have been consistantly comfortable and great.
