I really like that you can upload your resume from anywhere so it is not necessary for me or my staff members (who are at multiple locations) all be together when sending resumes out! This allows us flexibility with our work schedules as well since we have different shifts which makes scheduling very easy!! It's great because sometimes there could potentially still come up questions after uploading/sending off an application but they were usually fairly quick fixes if needed once sent through support team who responded quickly by phone call back / email response time was fast too. Very friendly customer service reps also available during normal business hours even though this isn't always possible depending upon where someone works within organization, just depends how much help one needs while submitting their information via website etc.,.
