I love this basket! And i hate it. I am in between. On the one hand, it is light, high, has a good footprint - does not take up much space. Easy to pick up without leaning very low. At this point, after several years of our relationship, I'm actually embarrassed that people see this in my house. Obviously they are light colored so all sorts of dirt has accumulated on them over the years. Behind this canvas is only cardboard. That's right folks, you're buying a tall box wrapped in fabric. Use too much water to clean it and you will get wet. Literally. Ask me how I know. What you gain in ease of use, you lose entirely in durability. I have baskets I've had since college! And I think they cost me less! Life expectancy is much more limited here.
