Review on PAXCOO by Nicholas Serafini

My expectations for PAXCOO's online store were high, yet I was left feeling let down. I had a hard time locating the information I needed because of the website's poor layout and navigation. Also, I had no idea what I was buying because the descriptions weren't very clear. The fact that the prices were not as promised did not help matters. At checkout, I was surprised to see that not all of the fees and taxes were factored into the pricing I saw online. I felt betrayed and frustrated by this turn of events. Poor service and lack of response from customer support. I wanted to express my worries to them but we had trouble communicating due to the language barrier. They looked uninterested in helping me with my problems. Even worse, shipment took significantly longer than anticipated. Some of the products I ordered were broken or missing when they finally arrived. I felt like they were attempting to dodge taking responsibility when I tried to return the broken goods. In conclusion, I was quite dissatisfied with PAXCOO. The website is disorganized, the pricing are deceptive, and both the delivery and customer service were disappointing. Unfortunately, I have to say that this is one crafting supply website that I will not be recommending to my friends.
