Fantastic platform to engage your learners regardless where you teach and learn

The natural, conversational nature of this product has made it very easy for me as an educator who does not have much training with technology or programming skills! It was also great that I could easily get help from their customer service team if needed/needed after trying several other products which had similar features but were difficult at times due too lack luster support teams etc.. Would like some additional customization options suchas allowing students access directly into chat rooms so they don't need my assistance during class time would make things easier overall!! Great tool especially since we do all our teaching online via video conferencing tools anyway.

Customer Service is excellent & extremely helpful
Easy to use interface (also makes sense logically)
Natural language processing capabilities are fantastic works well in conjunction wih Adobe Spark's digital whiteboard feature.
Tons o' sharing capacity within various social media platforms including Twitter + Facebook / Google+<b
