Used for the first time yesterday to make a tomato based chicken stew which required cooking for 30 minutes. Food used to burn and stick to the floor unless I hung around to stir occasionally, but yesterday none of that happened and I was happily able to focus on washing dishes while the stew simmered. , the plate gave off an unpleasant chemical odor when heated - I don't know if that could be the cause as it was the first time, but I hope that with repeated use it will go away.
