1. Lamps must have 8 settings, and there are only 4. At the same time they work without overheating. You must disable them to turn them off.2. There are more branches on one side than on the other. I corrected it as best I could and here is the result. There are many more branches on a page.3. The treetop looks like cheap paper mache. There are two sparkles(?) that aren't usually there. The bottom is closed so I need to make a hole in the bottom to put it on the tree.4. Paint has peeled off on some decorations. The example shown was the worst case of this. ONE OF THE ORNAMENTS IS DEFECTIVE.5. Really good stand. Very durable.6. ideal height. All in all I don't think it's that bad. The lighting works, there are decorations that are not broken and have no chipped paint. You might want to get a different tree crown. This is ok for the price and you can't expect the wood in the box to be perfect. Honestly, you get what you pay for.
