Ideal for migraines. I wish I had more.
I'm so used to it when I get a headache (I have chronic migraines so unfortunately that's common) I automatically get an ice pack to put me to sleep. This is the ideal temperature. It doesn't "sweat" at all like some ice packs do. I always keep it in a Tupperware container in the freezer so it's there when I need it. I really need to think about buying another one as a backup because it really is a life saver. Buy one if you suffer from headaches. You will not regret it.
