Very good. It's not ideal. It has pincushion distortion and lower clarity around the perimeter of the field of view. Considering it's 7x, petite size and a very wide field of view, I could live with the cons. I was very much looking for a pair of binoculars with a wide field of view and compact dimensions that I could hold for 2 hours during a football match and I settled on this little wonder. Competitive sports can be very fast on the field and this mini is so light I can use it throughout the game. It's light compared to another miniature that had a prism roof. I have other large 7x binoculars that just don't have the peripheral vision that this mini offers. If I just ignore the imperfect border area; This mini looks the same as other pairs I own. Adjustable eyecups enhance the Mini's already high level of usability.
