I have a NordicTrack SE7i elliptical for home use. I love this machine but they don't have a slot for my 5th gen iPod. The built-in tablet holder is not suitable for iPhone or iPod, only for tablets. Mostly I just want to listen to dance music. I tried to put the iPod on the console, but due to the slight vibration of the device, it slowly came off the console and I had to save it several times. I now have three options for using this headband: 1. Use the earbuds with the iPod, 2. Use the blue teeth earbuds, 3. Use the extra music connector to connect the iPod to the elliptical trainer's amplified speakers . It's easy to select music on the iPod when I'm wearing the bandage, the bandage sits securely on my arm and doesn't move! The plastic case doesn't interfere with touchscreen use, and I can easily adjust the volume.
