Usually when you get a product like this that does a simple job, you expect one thing. It's just a frame. How do you manage to make the lowest quality framed product? Well, Craig Frames seems to have gotten it. I want to say that I never leave these kinds of reviews because sometimes I feel like people overreact. But this product got me over the line. When I took it out of the box, I noticed that one of the corners of the frame was separated by a huge gap. Expecting that this wouldn't be a big problem I started dealing with it and it just fell apart. The frame was broken in two different places. What I noticed was that the connections used were simply assembled under pressure. That's when I decided to put it back in the box and start the return process. But that's not all! To put it in the box I had to somehow assemble it to fit the box, when I did that more parts fell off: the tabs holding the piece of cardboard and the jar fell apart too. Just a disaster. At first I thought I'd just take another one. But when I noticed the lugs were broken, all I could say was that it was incredibly poorly made. Such a disappointment. Do not buy.
