Great things

Great stuff. The speakers aren't all that good (they get through, but in a large room the sound will be drowned out by, say, a microwave, TV, entertainment, or pretty much any other electronic device). A couple of decent little speakers in aux or RCA jacks will fix this. I've noticed the issue others have mentioned of the auto stop function stopping before the end of the recording, but that only happens with singles and only for the last 8 or so seconds. For full-length recordings, this is not a problem. Audio snobs will say it's cheap and will break or worse ruin your recordings. If it breaks, it's covered by a one-year warranty, and besides, what more could you want for a $40 turntable? As for the scratches on your records, that's nonsense. I've even experimented with pristine records, playing the same rhythm dozens of times in a row and listening to new songs. No one. So don't believe that sound. If you want to convert to mp3, this little tool probably won't help. The quality is very poor, it sounds like radio quality, in which case why even convert vinyl's excellent audio format when it just falls below digital standards? That's not what this car is for. Overall a great product, better than some of the more expensive ones (Crosleys etc.).

Pros
  • Absolutely brilliant!
Cons
  • Nothing here
