This appears to be a non-commercial product. So far I have been very happy with this machine. I first used it to fight mold and mildew after a broken toilet flooded my house. This device proved extremely useful as I left it running for several hours every day for 2 weeks. I used 24 different auctioned vehicles for the restoration in combination with cleaning and disinfection. The cracks have been filled. The design seemed simple and reliable, but there are no electronics in it. When the ceramic ozone plate suddenly stopped working, I was very disappointed. I didn't abuse the machine or run it that much. When I stopped and tried to calculate how long it had been I concluded that it was somewhere between 100 and 130 hours before it stopped producing ozone. The circulation fan turns on when you activate the device with the timer, but the ceramic ozone generating board does not turn on. Rather than buying a new machine, I decided to swap out the ceramic board and install it with fresh thermal paste to ensure it was seated properly on the aluminum heatsink. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem, or the breadboard itself was defective. My guess is that the power to the board itself (the white transformer) has failed, but I'm tired of throwing parts at this thing. Conclusion: This machine works fine while it works, but I would be wary of it lasting as long as the manufacturer claims. Will. It doesn't look like a commercial product. I'll probably consider other brands as I find the ozonizer incredibly useful when you need it.
