Used to discourage a cat from chewing on the corners of wooden furniture. Definitely worked. Must be reapplied every few days. He also seemed a little less interested in hitting those surfaces, but I think it takes a lot of spray to safely keep them completely off the surface. Our other cat is not affected at all. Luckily it's not the problem, but it looks like it's just a random chance your cat will be repelled by it. It smells quite nice - natural, not chemical. Make sure the air is very still or wear a mask when spraying. I have a bit of haze in my mouth and it's definitely uncomfortable. Now I fully understand why the cat stopped chewing on sprayed objects.
