I personally drink black coffee, the rest of my family loves sugar. We keep a small sugar bowl near the coffee machine just for you. I'm retired and usually the last person to get coffee. Sugar on the counter every morning. I can not stand. The problem is that when the rest of the family dips a teaspoon into the small sugar bowl, some of the sugar accidentally falls off the spoon and onto the counter. They're not mad, they just haven't had their first cup of coffee, and I end up wiping down the counter. CURRENTLY. How can I solve this problem? Anyway, I like retro things, retro toothpick dispensers, glass soda shop straw holders, Coca-Cola bottle openers, salt and pepper shakers, well, you know what I mean. The quality of this product is as good as I could have expected. Thick glass, nice lid and you get two if you have two coffee makers I think. It took the family a few days to get used to simply pouring sugar into a cup instead of measuring sugar with a teaspoon, but it soon became second nature. No more sugar on the counter, no complaints. The lid fits snugly and is of good solid construction. The little flip-top lid that the sugar comes out of closes well and the sugar doesn't stick together in the dispenser, unlike dipping a wet teaspoon twice into an old bowl. Funny, the day after I got my sugar dispensers, I had breakfast at the Waffle House, they use the exact same dispenser. I've never noticed this before, probably because I don't add sugar to my coffee. They look really nice on the counter, everyone knows them, and I'm thinking about using a second shaker for, I don't know, flour or something. still working on it It can be fun to watch a family add flour or salt to their coffee. The price is right. Delivered on time, dispensers were well packaged. I recommend this product and will order again.
