Supplied without an adapter.

I just received this card and so far so good. It should be noted that you cannot use this card in this card reader without an adapter, which is not included in the package. This will be fine for most people who already have it from other cards. A bonus: I was able to use this reader to retrieve data from another SD card that my internal card reader wouldn't eject.
