This is by far the best cross training shoe I have ever owned. I will buy again. A few years ago, another runner recommended Saucony as a brand for those of us with narrow feet. They don't disappoint. Lots of room in the toe area. I've started ordering half a size up because my legs get longer with age. And despite what you're told, shorter, narrower shoes won't stop you from tripping and falling on your face. Let your toes move so they can help you balance.
