This backpack and lunch box is exactly like the picture and my son loves their design. So far so good, but part of the mesh lining on the side pocket has already come loose from the elastic in less than a month of use. First, my son carried his water bottle (14 ounce thermos) in there and lost it multiple times due to falling out. We didn't find it last time so I bought a new one and he keeps it in a big bag. The backpack itself is a good size for an elementary through 3rd grade student. My son is second and brings home a 1 inch binder and a few books from the library every night. Combined with a lunch box, that's enough. My fifth grader couldn't use this backpack to carry all of his supplies. But the size is about what I expected when I bought it. Basically we are very satisfied with the product. Just don't put anything in this bag other than a plastic water bottle or small thermos.
