They work but not well.

The plastic they are made of is very slippery. Even after you've cleaned them with soap and water, they're still annoyingly difficult to grab. There are also no instructions for installation, you have to look for them yourself. No big deal. but adding a small instruction manual shouldn't make much of a difference either.
