Used this item for Epson Cx9400Fax/Printer/Scanner/Copier. Insert cartridges and it reads cartridges perfectly. However, it only prints in one color, cyan. After using the head cleaning function 5 times to see if I could get better prints, the ink level dropped to the level you see in the first picture. The nozzle test print pattern resulted in an incomplete pattern also shown in the figure. I ran the printhead cleaning function 5 more times but the cartridges still didn't print properly. Spent my $$. I just had to put up with it and buy an Epson cartridge. Instead I wasted my money buying this product. Zero stars!
