I was completely surprised by the quality of the product. Fits easily in my helmet and easily connects to phone and intercom functions. The sound quality is excellent. The key to volume is proper speaker placement. Other reviews complaining about low volume need to reposition the speakers as I don't have to turn the volume up that much and get great sound with a 3/4 helmet at 120km/h. I used the phone function and the other party said I sound perfectly clear with no background noise or wind noise. And all while driving at 70 mph on the interstate. Once again this was in my 3/4 helmet. Good product. Very happy with my purchase. Only time will tell the durability and battery life, but it seems well made.
