This is a lifesaver! I bought it for pain relief, like migraines and fever induced neuropathy. I also have a fixed spinal cord and I find that cold treatment helps more. It stays cold for a long time, which is more than helpful. I hope it lasts a long time because in the summer it's very handy to have on hand.
