I have tried many different options to dispose of the rubbish in my car. None of them are perfect, but this one is my favorite so far. I like when the trash can is accessible without taking up space in the front of the car. It's easy enough to reach behind the doors and push the debris through the doors. The flaps ensure order, but also provide access for curious dogs or children. It's a decent size, but I don't usually have rear seat passengers, so that's not a problem for me. If there was a quick and messy way to detach the trash can without disconnecting the cable connecting it to the console, that would be even better. I am currently using mine in a Subaru Outback but it seems like it will work in almost any car.
