They are pretty good for working out
The shorts are pretty decent. They are a bit longer than I wanted but that's probably because seller sent me a larger size than I ordered. As long as you get the correct size you should be ok.

- Extra zip back pocket. Good for everyday wear.

- The shorts may not have enough ventilation for hot and humid weather
