No complaints. A small learning curve, e.g. B. how many times you need to tie it to make sure it stays in. The minimum mentioned in the ad was not sufficient for my daughter's hair. The tool was a nice bonus, but it just made it harder for me to add tinsel. My daughter loves it, it lasted over a month with washing, blow drying and gentle heat.
