It helped me understand how my content was performing in comparison across channels like Facebook vs Google+, and what other competitors were also doing well (and not so much).

I found this data very insightful! The only thing that could be improved would maybe include some way for us as individuals at proofbusinessgps to add/modify our own KPIs if we wanted too? We had no real access but there are ways around it now - which gives more flexibility down road. But really great tool overall once you get your arms around all its features- especially considering PBC's excellent customer support team who can help walk through any issues or questions along the journey!! Data accuracy definitely needs work here &amp am sure they do their best everyday towards improving upon these stats but sometimes when multiple sources agree something isn't right by them then where does one go from there???
