Works perfectly on a carpet

We have a large 10’x8’ rug which is located on a carpet. Since we had had this rug, over a year, we have had problems with the rug rucking up as a result of the direction of the carpet pile. We have tried other remedies but to no avail.This product took 15 minutes to put in place, the rug positioned on top (in accordance with the carpet instructions with the felt side down) and the surplus felt trimmed with carpet scissors. Problem solved. No more rucking of the rug. Thank you
